  We have eaten at Thai House several times and it’s always pretty good. Very friendly service and food is always tasty. Ordered pick up and meals were ready surprisingly pretty quick.
  The only improvement I would like to see is more vegetables in the meals. It seems to be a common thing with Thai restaurants in Canberra not to add vegetables to meat dishes.

  I ordered a take away meal on 28 May.
  
  I know it's hard with take away, but I arrived 15 minutes early to ensure that my meal would be hot and freshly cooked.
  
  The Tempura looked liked it had been scooped straight out of the bin and put in a bag. It was a cold, gluggy mess and went straight into the bin.
  
  The barramundi was cold.
  
  The duck could easily have been rubber - in fact, it may have tasted better.
  
  The only saving grace was the fish cakes. They were pretty good.
  
  Overall, I say this meal was grossly overpriced, and VERY poor quality. I won't be going back in a hurry.
  
  If I could give less than one star, I would have.

  The food was good and the current photos don't do it justice. Nice ambience and spacious restaurant. The food was overall good. Serving size is on the small side but value for money.

  Enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day dinner with all the family at the Thai House. Nice cosy spot on a chilly Canberra evening. Started with delicious entree of curry puffs and shared 5 very tasty mains plus steamed rice. This is a licensed and byo wine only place with $7 corkage. Takeaway is also available. Highly recommend.

  What a fantastic Thai restaraunt to have in my neighbourhood we travel a lot to Thailand and its nice to come home and get the same tastes that we yearn for from Bangkok and Chang Mai these guys food is spot on we have ordered inmany restaraunts in Canberra these guys nail it Kop khun Krup!!
